Step 1: Go to your Loyalty Dashboard: https://www.treezloyalty.com
Step 2: Open the Customers module, then select All Customers
Step 3: Search for the customer and select their profile
Step 4: Select the customer's reward balance under their name.
Step 4: Select the “+ Add Points” or “– Subtract Points” in the Bonus Balance box to increase or decrease the customer's Loyalty Points, then select Save Changes.
Step 5: Success! The customer’s rewards balance has been updated. 🎉
