  • Improve Date Selector in Accounts


    Date filters across Cash-related reports should align with the behaviour used in the Shift Report. At a minimum, when a date range is selected, the applied range should be clearly visible in the filter.

    The following reports adopts the same date filter behaviour as the Shift Report:

    • Cash Drawers

    • Main Vault

    • Vendor Debt

    • Tracked & Untracked Accounts

  • Add Integrated Loyalty ID Lookup Button to Customer Management

  1. This feature introduces a “Loyalty ID search” icon that allows users to validate and update the customer’s loyalty ID.

  2. When triggered, the system will query the Sticky Cards/AIQ APIs to retrieve the latest loyalty ID associated with the customer.

  3. Now, a lookup button in Customer Management lets budtenders query the connected loyalty platform (Sticky Cards or AIQ) and compare the returned ID against what's stored:

    • Match: Notifies the user the loyalty ID is already up to date

    • Mismatch: Prompts the user to confirm updating to the new ID

    • No record found: Prompts the user to clear the existing loyalty ID



    The same flow is available directly in the POS when a wallet error occurs, so staff can resolve it without leaving the transaction.
