Managing Team Members and Permissions in Treez Loyalty

Learn how to add team members to your loyalty program, assign roles and permissions, and manage teammate access levels in Treez Loyalty.

Step 1: Start by clicking Team Members and Permissions in Treez Loyalty

Step 2: Afterwards, click Team Members to manage your team's access and permissions.

Step 3: Afterward, click the 'Add New Teammates' button to invite additional team members to view the Loyalty Dashboard.

Step 4: Enter the teammate's email address in the provided field to invite them.

Step 5: Then, click Select role to choose the appropriate role for the teammate.

Step 6: Then, go back to the previous page.

Step 7: On this page, you can view all team members added to the account, alongside their status and role.

Step 8: Following this, you can also view the pending invitations for the new teammates to confirm.

Step 9: Select the three-dot menu to see more options for managing an invitation.

Step 10: You can choose to resend an Invitation or Copy the Invitation Link to be directly shared to the team member.
