How to Navigate your Treez Loyalty Dashboard

Learn how to set up your Treez Loyalty platform

Step 1: Under the Home tab, view the main dashboard with key statistics.


Step 2: View the Recent Orders table to track customer transactions and order details.


Step 3: Click Customers to view and manage your customer contact database.


Step 4: In the Customers tab, add new customers, import in bulk, or update existing customer details.


Step 5: Click Segments to view and manage customer segments for targeted campaigns.


Step 6: Create new segments or view existing ones.


Step 7: Click Campaign Blasts to explore email marketing campaign features.


Step 8: Start building a new marketing campaign.


Step 9: In the Templates tab, view and manage campaign email and SMS templates.


Step 10: Click Loyalty to access loyalty program settings.


Step 11: Go to Treez Cards to access loyalty card management features.


Step 12: Click the New Card button to create and add a new loyalty card.


Step 13: Edit existing cards for the loyalty program if needed.


Step 14: Click Geo Location to access location-based customer management features.


Step 15: Click the green Add location button to create a new geo-location point.


Step 16: Click Settings to access configuration options for your loyalty program.


Step 17: Click Integrations to access your integration settings and options.


Step 18: Configure your email integration settings.


Step 19: Go to the SMS Setup tab to configure your SMS integration settings.


Step 20: Click Team Members to manage your organization’s user accounts.


Step 21: Click the Add new teammates button to invite new team members to your account.
