Create a Customer Segment in Treez Loyalty

Learn how to create new customer segments in Treez Loyalty, name your segments, and configure attribute-based filters to organize and target specific customer groups.

Step 1: First up, click on Segments to view and manage customer segmentation groups.

Step 2: Then, click the New Segment button to create a new customer segment.

Step 3: After that, enter a name for your segment in the Name field.

Step 4: Then, you can proceed to create your contact rules for your segment.

Step 5: Select from the drop-down to define your customer segmentation criteria.

Step 6: Next Up, select the Contact field dropdown to choose which customer attribute to filter.

Step 7: Enter the value to define the segment criteria. For example, set Contact Field to Card Status and Value to Not Installed.

Step 8: Afterwards, click Add OR or ADD AND if you want to include additional conditions for your customer segment rules.

Step 9: Then, click the Create button to finalize and save your new customer segment.
