Treez Loyalty | How to Edit or Delete Customer Loyalty Accounts

Learn how to manage customer profiles in Treez Loyalty by editing contact details, updating email and phone information, and viewing complete customer interaction history.

Step 1: Click the customers menu item in the sidebar to expand customer management options.

Step 2: Select all customers to view and manage your complete customer database.

Step 3: Click the Customer's Profile to open the contact details and profile information.

Step 4: Click edit to modify the customer’s contact information and details.

Step 5: Update the email field to edit the customer’s email address.

Step 6: Update the phone number field to revise the customer’s contact information.

Step 7: Adjust communication preferences, including email, push notifications, and SMS texting.

Step 8: Click the activities tab to view all customer interactions and engagement history.

Step 9: Click the three dots in the upper right corner and select delete to remove the customer profile.
