To help keep your Ingenico Move 5000 card reader running at peak performance and to prevent slowness, please complete the steps below once daily before processing payments:
Switch the terminal from SEMI mode → SA mode
Press the Green button to open the Main Menu
Select Option 2: Host Totals
Select Option 2: Host Total Inquiry (this will view/print the batch report)
Press Option 1: Reset Host Totals (this closes the batch)
Switch the terminal from SA mode → SEMI mode
Reboot the device by holding Yellow + # together
