Treez Loyalty | How to Create a Rewards Program

Learn how to create a new loyalty reward card, configure point earning rules and reward tiers, customize card design with logos and colors, and set up customer data fields in Treez Loyalty.

Overview

Treez Loyalty allows new loyalty reward cards to be configured on the fly with granularity into earning rules, reward tiers, customized card design, and customer data fields. It also allows existing cards to be modified to meet business needs.

Creating a Rewards Program (Loyalty Card)

  1. Click on "Loyalty" in the navigation menu on the left side of the page.

  2. Choose the "Treez Cards" option.

  3. Select "New Card" or click "Open" to edit an existing card.

  4. Choose from the options in the "Card type" section to select the type for the loyalty program.

  5. Click on "Continue" at the bottom of the page after making a selection.

  6. Select the type of reward program.

  7. Choose the reward accrual rate for the program.

  8. Enable the "Referral program" and reward customers for referring others to the shop.

  9. Set up rewards by clicking on "Add reward" or editing any of the existing rewards on the page.

  10. Add and configure happy hours by clicking on "Happy hours."

  11. Once happy hours are configured, click on "Design" to personalize your reward card.

  12. Upload customized a shop logo, icon, and background design for the card.

  13. Use the "Colors" section to customize the card background and text colors.

  14. Scroll down to the "Form fields" section to congigure the card data collection requirements.

  15. Click on the "Information" tab at the top of the page to edit card details and active links.

  16. The "Active links" section is recommended to connect customers to any social media accounts for the shop.

  17. Click on "Finish" at the bottom of the page after completing the "Issuer information" section to complete the reward card setup.
