NOTE: As of Oct 1st, Treez is no longer sending SMS pay links. Stronghold now sends these links.

There are three primary reasons why triggering the ACH paylink during the "Awaiting Process" status is a best practice for the eCommerce flow:

  • If a customer submits an order for $100 and immediately gets a text with a paylink for $100 they are more likely to trust it and utilize it than if they get a text 30 minutes later (at Packed and Ready or other fulfillment status) when they have already gone on to other aspects of their life.

  • This is simply a better customer experience.

  • Utilization, AOV bump, sales bump, customer loyalty, and all benefits to the dispensary are higher with this approach.
