How do I gain access to LearnTreez Training Courses?
Answer:
Managers and Admins
If you already have credentials to log into app.treez.io, these credentials can be used to log into LearnTreez. Simply navigate to learn.treez.io/login, click on 'Login with Treez' and use your existing Treez credentials.
If you are currently onboarding and do not yet have credentials, please reach out to your Implementation Manager.
Everyone Else
If you already have credentials to log into app.treez.io, these credentials can be used to log into LearnTreez. Simply navigate to learn.treez.io/login, click on 'Login with Treez' and use your existing Treez credentials.
If you do not already have access, please reach out to your manager or organization admin.
Question:
How does a manager or admin provision access?
Answer:
Follow the instructions here to add a new user to the Latest Version of Treez
If the user should not have access to any stores until they have completed their training, leave all stores unchecked in Step 5.
Don't forget to return and edit the account later to add store access.
Once an account has been created in the Latest Version of Treez, these credentials can be used to sign into LearnTreez as well.
