For bulk flower or Deli style sales the following is the recommended process for accurately weighing and recording a sale in the SellTreez POS. You will need a scale with a power cord and a USB cord attached from the scale to the computer.
Plug the scale into a power source.
Connect the scale to the computer using the USB cord.
Turn on the scale.
Make sure the unit weight is set to grams.
Navigate to Retail > SellTreez POS
Add a bulk flower product to your order. When you do this, a modal should appear allowing you to enter the weight of the product.
Click into the “Weight (g)” field of the modal.
Place the desired amount of bulk flower product on the scale
Click “Print” on the scale.
The weight should appear on the modal and match the value that exists on the scale.
