The diagnostic receipt provides a summary of your printer and can provide essential information when troubleshooting issues that may arise. For example, if your device stops printing, you may need to check and reset your network connection in order to jumpstart it again.
To do this, make sure the printer is on, and hold the Feed and X buttons for 2 seconds or until the zebra starts printing out the diagnostic receipt, as shown here.
The top two boxes of the diagnostic receipt will house the model number and IP address. This is the information you’ll use to check and make sure that Treez is able to communicate with your network printer.
