What is a Discrepancy Report?
Answer:
Discrepancy Reports are sent from Treez via email to the selected recipients at your location. This report includes any packages that show a difference between inventory that appears in Treez & what is shown in BioTrack.
Please Note: It is important to monitor your Discrepancy Reports for new discrepancies to report as soon as possible to Treez support.
