Welcome to the Central Catalog module. Create a single product with multiple sizes effortlessly. Follow the steps below to get started.

Add a Product

Start creating a new product by clicking the green Add Product in the lower right-hand corner of the Catalog Products tab. Follow the steps below:

Product Information

Product Category Selection:

  • The product category you choose determines required fields and size options.

Parent Product Information:

  • The product information will be shared across all sizes.

Attributes:

  • Add attributes to enrich your product data. These are shared across all variants.

  • Start typing in any of the boxes and you'll see which attributes of already been created, or you can add a new one.

Adding Sizes

Product Sizes are separate versions of the same centrally managed product. They share the same basic details but have different sizes. Example: Friendly Farms Blue Dream 1g and 3.5g

At least one size is required to activate the product.

  • On the Size page you can complete the required and optional fields.

  • Input the Total Amount or size such a 1 or 3.5 for flower, or 100 for an Edible.

  • Select the corresponding UoM from the dropdown.

    • UoM display varies based on your category and subcategory selection.

  • If this size comes in a pack, input the pack size in the Unit Count field.

  • Inputing a size specific Name will override the default product name when it is displayed in SellTreez.

    • The Name field will auto-populate when you save the size.

  • Label Printer is an optional field you can use to define a name to be printed on inventory or customer labels.

  • If you input a SKU or product barcode, this barcode will work for all batches you receive for this size.

  • Input a numeric value for Total mg THC.

    • Example 100 for Camino Watermelon Lemonade 100mg Gummies

  • Input a numeric value for Total mg CBD.

  • Input a Total Flower Weight (g) for products containing flower such as flower and prerolls.

  • Input a Total Concentrate Weight (g) for infused flower and preroll products.

  • If you input a Menu Title it will be displayed on your eCommerce menus.

  • You can upload Images specific to this size.

  • You can enter an External ID to track identifiers from other third-party systems, like ERPs.

  • The Hide from menu toggle will prevent the item from showing on eCommerce.

  • If you enter a Description on the size it will override the global description which it uses by default.

Base Pricing

Set a Base Price for all variants.

  • For stores set to Pre-Tax, this is the price before tax. For stores set to Post-Tax, this is the price including tax.

  • Adjust store-specific pricing as needed by clicking the ‘Manage Pricing’ button or navigating to the Pricing tab from the Catalog home screen.

Edit a Product

From the Catalog home screen, click the product name of the product you'd like to edit.

  • Make any updates to the Product and click Save, or click Next if you would like to edit the information on the Size page.

Deactivate Products and Sizes

You can deactivate all sizes from the main catalog page, or specific sizes from the Sizes page.

  • Select the checkbox of the product you would like to deactivate all the variants for, then click the Deactivate button.

  • From the Sizes page select the Size you would like to deactivate, then click the Deactivate button.

Edit Pricing from the Pricing Page

You can edit pricing quickly by navigating to the Pricing page.

  • From the Catalog home screen, navigate to the Pricing tab.

  • Search for or scan the desired product. You can also use the Brand or Status filters to narrow down the results.

  • Select the product size you want to update.

    • To update prices for all stores, adjust the Mass Price Update field.

    • To change the price for a specific store, edit the price in that store's row under the pricing column.
