Navigating the Product Report
Tabs
The Product Report is made up of 2 tabs displayed at the top of the screen. Each tab displays a different table of information about products sold at your shop:
Filters and Sorting
Clicking the blue filter button will display available filters for the tab you’re viewing and expand the available search bars so you can quickly find the data you’re looking for. These are shown under each column header.
Each tab can also be filtered for a specific time period using the date and time filters on the upper right-hand side of the screen or by selecting a preset date range from the filter button dropdown.
The time filter will filter for a start and end range per day. In the example above, the report would display data from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM on January 2nd, January 3rd, and so on for every day until February 3rd.
You can also sort each column (by amount or alphabetically, depending on the information in the column) by clicking the sort arrows to the right of the column headers. Click the sort arrow again to change the direction of the sort.
Time Range Filter - Max Range
The Time Range Filter has a max range of 3 months. This does not mean you cannot get info from more than 3 months in the past, it means you can only pool data for 3 months at a time. For instance, you would first need to pull the data from January- March, export it. Then change the range from April-June, then export that.
Snapshot
At the top of each report is a snapshot overview of the data in the main table below. The snapshot will adjust accordingly when filters are applied.
NOTE: Editing a product's cost will reflect the change across all reports, including transactions in the past, meaning gross income will retroactively change. We recommend exporting relevant reports before making changes to cost in order to maintain the accuracy of older data.
Export/Print
You can also export or print any of these reports by clicking the ‘…’ in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
The export will contain some additional detailed information not visible from the Product Report, such as the distributor of the product and information on the customer who purchased the product.
Printing will include all expanded rows at the time of printing.
NOTE: It can take up to 30 seconds after a transaction is completed for the reports to reflect the updated data.

Product Summary
This tab shows a breakdown of products by product type. The main table displays a row for each product type, and the rows can be expanded to view a further breakdown of the information:
Subtype
The subtype of the product. (e.g. Chocolate, Baked Good, Gummy)
Brand and Product Name
The brand and name of the product. (e.g. Kiva, Korova, Valhalla)
Even if products share their name and other attributes, there will be distinct lines for each price the product was sold at.
From the Brand view, you can view a complete list of the transactions involving a specific product by clicking the arrow on the far right side of the row. This will take you to the Product Log and automatically apply the necessary filters.
Example: How much have we made on Care By Design capsule sales this week?
Use the date filter dropdown to select This Week. Using the arrows on the left-hand side of the page, expand the Edible row > expand the Capsule row. Reference the 'Gross Income' column on the 'Care by Design' line for the result.

Product Log
This tab shows all movement and status changes of your inventory, including a detailed list of all products sold by ticket line. (Because this report includes information by ticket line, if you add multiples of a product one at a time to the cart, instead of using the '+' to add additional quantities to the same line, they will show as separate lines on the Product Log.)
Simply click the small > arrow to scroll across the columns.
TIP: Filters are particularly helpful in this tab for narrowing down a large amount of information.
Example: How much have we processed in returns for Papa & Barkley tinctures?
Click the filter button to open available filters and searches. In the 'Product Type' column, open the dropdown > select only Tincture > click Apply. In the 'Brand' column, enter 'Papa & Barkley' and hit the Enter button on your keyboard to search. Reference the result in the 'Returns' section of the snapshot summary, with more details on the transactions in the main table.
