On the Ticket API, when a product with a long external_ID was included in a request to create an order, it would cause the ticket to fail and return an error. With this update, when a product with a long external_ID is included in an order, the order will be accepted and the product will be included in the ticket information, but the external_ID associated with the product will be truncated after the 64th character.
