This hotfix addresses an issue seen by customers using TreezPay ACH links. Customers were having payment links blocked by message carriers via Twilio. This issue was seen particularly with customers on Verizon. The short-link URL was identified as the culprit and we learned carriers (Verizon) are now crawling URLs sent on their service for sensitive content and 'Treez.io' was flagged. Good news! The new short-link URL provided with this fix will not contain 'Treez.io' which will allow for the continued generation of pay links.
