Customers who have been banned or who have an expired ID cannot pay with ACH. Instead, they will have the option to checkout and pay in-store.
Any future orders placed after a customer has been banned or their ID has expired will fall into the ‘Verification Pending’ column in the Fulfillment Dashboard with a new 'Banned' or 'Expired' banner attached.
The ability to check in a customer that is banned or has an expired ID is disabled. The ban or expiration date should be updated from the customer profile first.
In SellTreez POS, users cannot add a banned/expired customer to an order from the customer search bar.
