The Retail Analytics Budtender Performance dashboard provides an overview of your sales floor metrics. With this dashboard you can view who has the most transactions, the largest Average Order Value, Average Order Profit, Average Basket Size, and Average Transaction time.
Managers can assess individual budtender performance against the store's overall performance. Managers can also track the total customer redemptions, and discount values given by each budtender to prevent fraud and theft.
Log into the Latest Version of Treez and navigate to Dashboard > RA> Sales> Budtender Performance
Employee Sales Performance Comparison
Select the individual employee in the Controls panel. This allows the entire dashboard will be filtered to showcase the selected employee’s data with the overall metrics.
Performance Metrics gives you the seven most common metrics to filter on. Note that your selection here will also update the metrics shown in the 3 comparison graphs below.
Product Sales Performance Comparison
Product Sales Performance allows you to drill down into an employee’s product sales on product type, subtype, brand and item level.
Cashier Discounts & Discount Breakdown
This card allows you to view and track your entire store's use of discounts and to drill down into each specific employee’s use of discounts.
