A DBA name is the business name you use instead of your legal, registered name. It's often used for branding and marketing purposes. Your DBA name will usually be the name by which your customers know your store.

Sometimes, your registered name and your DBA name may be the same, in which case, just fill in the name of your dispensary in this field.
