Customizing your receipts gives you control over what information is printed for customers and staff. While some of these customizations — like logos and footer copy — may help to define your company’s brand, others may be enabled or disabled for compliance reasons. In some states, local regulations may require specific information to appear on certain transaction types, particularly for delivery orders.
Note: Separate configuration for Fulfillment Detailed and Fulfillment Packing receipts is available starting with ST v69.8.0. In earlier versions, Fulfillment supports a single standard itemized receipt. In 69.8.0 and later, this receipt is labeled as the Fulfillment Detailed Receipt.
Receipts can be configured separately for:
Orders printed directly at the point of sale.
A full itemized receipt, similar to the POS receipt, printed through Fulfillment.
A simplified receipt intended for operational use that does not include pricing breakdowns, discounts, or compliance-heavy detail.
How to Access Receipt Settings
Navigate to Configurations → Config Page → Receipts
Locate the section for the receipt type you want to update:
