NOTE: The following applies only for BioTrack enabled New York licensees after the BioTrack migration has been completed.

You should only disconnect your BioTrack account from Treez if you need to update the BioTrack user credentials connected to Treez or if you are discontinuing Treez service. Disconnecting Treez from BioTrack will prevent Treez from further communicating with BioTrack on behalf of your license and will result in loss of all BioTrack functionality. It is not recommended to deactivate active credentials during business hours unless the credentials have become invalid and need to be updated.

  1. Login to Treez by visiting https://app.treez.io

  2. Select the SellTreez location you wish to authorize from the store selector in navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

  3. Navigate to Configuration > Config Page from the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.

  4. Select the "Integration" page.

  5. Click "BioTrack Access: User Credentials" to expand the view.
