What It Does

This config controls whether inventory adjustments made in Treez are sent to your stateโ€™s track-and-trace system โ€” Metrc and BioTrack

  • โœ…Enabled: Adjustments are sent to Metrc and BioTrack

  • ๐ŸšซDisabled: Adjustments are not sent.

This config can be found by heading to Config Page -> Inventory -> Traceability:
โ€‹

โš ๏ธTiming Reminder

โฑ๏ธ Changes to this setting can take up to 5 minutes to apply.
Wait at least 5 minutes before making any adjustments after toggling.

When to Enable

This is enabled by default in all markets except for Illinois. We also suggest keeping this enabled and only turning it off temporarily if you need to make adjustments without sending them to the Track and Trace provider.
โ€‹
โ€‹Forgetting to turn it back on can create inventory discrepancies.
โ€‹
Turn this on when:

  • You need inventory changes reported for compliance.

Turn this off when:

  • Testing or troubleshooting.

  • Working with non-reportable inventory.

Why It Matters

Keeping this enabled ensures Treez stays synced with Metrc or BioTrack, helping you stay compliant with state regulations.
