How to view customer profiles

Learn how to view customer profiles, manage communication preferences across email, push notifications, and SMS, and access customer order history in Treez Loyalty.

Step 1: Click on "All Customers" to view the complete customer database.

Step 2: Click on the Customer's Name to view the contact's detailed information and profile.

Step 3: Click the Activities tab to view the customer's order history and recent actions.

Step 4: Click the Orders tab to view customer purchase history and order details.


Step 5: View the detailed information about the purchase and items.

Step 6: Scroll to the Communication Preferences to view enabled subscriptions.

Step 7: Toggle the Email button to enable email communication preferences for this customer.

Step 8: Toggle the Push notification switch to enable Push communications with this customer.

Step 9: Toggle SMS off to disable SMS communication preferences for this customer.
