Overview
Treez Ecommerce Admin and Prismic are essential services operators need to access while on the go. Connections that originate outside of the US are not allowed to connect. Using a VPN unblocks users from being able to log in.
VPN (Virtual Private Network)
Providers like Express VPN can be installed on Windows or Mac devices. Once installed, the user will need to connect to a server within the US.
After connecting to a US-based server via the VPN, please attempt to log in to either Prismic or Treez Ecommerce Admin as normal.
If you are unable to log in after ensuring the VPN is connected to a US-based server, please contact Treez Support.
