Overview
Treez now supports a dedicated Curbside order type for ecommerce orders — giving dispensaries cleaner order routing and better visibility on their fulfillment screen. Here's what changed, what stayed the same, and how to configure it correctly.
What Stayed the Same
The customer-facing shopping experience is unchanged. Customers still:
Shop and as a pickup order
Select "Curbside" at checkout
Enter a curbside note (e.g. vehicle description, parking spot)
If Curbside is enabled on Ecommerce, and not in SellTreez, there will be no change to the current Curbside experience.
What's New
When the Ecommerce Fulfillment Type setting is enabled in Selltreez, curbside orders will now submit as order type Curbside instead of Pickup. This allows these orders to route properly to your fulfillment screen as a distinct order type.
Configurations
SellTreez Curbside Configuration:
Login to your Treez instance > Configuration > Config Page > eCommerce > General Requirement
Ecommerce Curbside Configuration:
Login to your Ecommerce Admin via SSO or direct login > Customization > Checkout > Curbside Ordering & Curbside Pickup Placeholder
⚠️ Configuration Cache Update:
After enabling the Selltreez Curbside configuration, wait 5 minutes, then go to your Ecommerce Admin and select Purge Cache. Skipping this step will prevent the new configuration from taking effect.

Important: Enable Both Settings Together
If you turn on the Ecommerce Curbside Fulfillment Type, make sure the Fulfillment Type: Curbside config is also enabled in Selltreez — otherwise, curbside orders will submit as Pickup and won't appear in your curbside fulfillment view.
