All orders created through your eCommerce website by customers will populate on your Fulfillment dashboard. However, you also have the ability to include sales created and saved in SellTreez. This can be particularly helpful if your store has orders coming through the fulfillment workflow from sources outside of your eCommerce site, like orders received from phone calls or email messages, for example.
You can choose to include any or all order types (Delivery, Express, In-Store, and/or Pick-Up) on the Fulfillment screen. Navigate to Configurations > Config Page > eCommerce > Saved Sales Fulfillment. In the Ticket Types section, you can toggle the different order types On or Off to best suit your store’s needs for tracking and completing orders.
For example, if you have Pickup orders enabled, when a Pickup order is created via SellTreez > Save Current Sale, the order will be displayed in the Fulfillment dashboard along with your online orders.
