The ACH return codes R03 No Account/Unable to Locate Account and R04 - Invalid Account Number signifies that the transaction was returned because the customer’s bank account details were incorrect. This could happen if there were incorrect digits within the account number or if the account number did not pass digital validation.

An ACH return code R20 signifies that the transaction was returned because the customer’s account is classified as a non-transaction account. This means this account is not typically used for regular financial transactions, and Treezpay cannot collect payment from this account. Examples of such accounts can be money-market accounts, deposit-only accounts, etc.

TreezPay actively monitors all transactions which are returned using these codes. Please contact a Treezpay representative via the support channel for further information, on this email address: [email protected]
