Yes, you will be notified via email when an ACH transaction has been unsuccessful. Please see the notification details below.

Please make sure you enter a valid and working email address in your Settings Page under Store -> Branding. We will send all notification emails at this email address.

  1. An ACH R01 transaction:

    1. If you have smart-retry turned on, you will get an email when the retries are complete, or the time-limit for retries has passed, and the transaction still remains unsuccessful.

    2. If you do not have smart-retry turned on, you will get an email when you are faced with an R01. You will have to manually retry the R01 from the Failed Transactions page on your Treezpay Dashboard.

A non-R01 transaction (Example, an R04, or an R20 return code): You will receive a notification email for every such return.
