Dashboard-level Controls

Dashboard-level Controls are pinned to the top of each dashboard. These controls impact all the cards on a dashboard and are the best place to control stores, dates, and much more depending on the dashboard.

To print the webpage, or download the entire dashboard as a PDF, click the download button on the top right corner of the Control Panel.

Once selected, you can use View Downloads to check the progress. A popup window will appear with the “Preparing file for download” message. Once the file is ready, you can click on the blue hyperlink to save the document.

Card-level Controls

These controls are available within the content of the dashboard and control one or more tables or visualizations. Some tables have the option of viewing specific metrics over others. For example, under the Sales dashboard, you can edit which revenue metric you would like to visualize for revenue analysis.

Card Interactions
Certain cards can drill down or filter other visualizations by clicking on certain parts of the card. Where this functionality is enabled, it is noted in the card's subtitle.

Exporting Data from Retail Analytics

Retail Analytics also has an exporting feature embedded in the top right of each card. This is useful when a customer needs to export their data and send that report to another department. Below is an example.

Tooltips

When you hover your cursor over any graphical element in a Retail Analytics’ dashboard visual, a tooltip appears with information about that specific element. For example, when you hover your cursor over dates in a line chart, a tooltip appears with information about those dates.
