Question:

How do I ensure my employees have the access they need in the Latest Version of Treez?

Answer:

The Latest Version of Treez enables Organizations to centralize and standardize Role Management across their Users and Retail locations. Using Role Based Access Control (RBAC) means Users have the right access to perform their duties while limiting data exposure.

When onboarding to the Latest Version of Treez, Organizations will be provided with Default-Roles-and-Permissions-for-Users-in-the-Latest-Version-of-Treez. Admins should review these roles as soon as possible.

Please note: Users can edit these default roles to fine tune the permissions to match their business needs, or they can create new custom roles for additional flexibilities. Roles can be edited or created after users have been created as necessary.

For Organizations that have roles with similar but distinctly different permissions sets, you can also Duplicate a Role to speed up the Role Creation process by just adjusting the delta of permissions between the Roles.
