The CDTFA is changing the average market price markup rate from 80% > 75% on July 1, 2022.

Treez is updating all CA customers at midnight on 6/30. No action is necessary or required on the part of customers.

Treez recommends that you read this bulletin. The CDTFA has the ability to institute changes every 6 months if necessary, so it is essential that customers know where to find information and remain updated on any and all changes.

Please note: Any historical/past invoices should be updated before the 7/1 change. Updates to invoices after 7/1 will take up the new 75% markup rate instead of the prior 80% and could result in undercharging.
