How Do I Fix a Page That is Appearing Blank/White or Giving Me an Error?

The blank/white screen issue and/or error loading page issue that can sometimes appear on pages arises because the Chrome browser is storing out-of-date information. Most of the time, clearing the browser's cache and cookies can help restore expected functionality. To resolve this issue, follow the steps outlined below.

Resolution

Step 1: At the top right of your browser, select the

3_Vertical_dots.png

icon.

Step 2: Click More Tools and then Clear browsing Data...

Step 3: At the top of the card that appears, choose a time range. We recommend selecting All time from the drop-down.

Step 4: Check the boxes next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.

Step 5: Click the blue Clear data button located at the bottom of the card.

Step 6: Navigate back to the white/blank screen and perform a hard refresh of the page (Ctrl + Shift + R).
