When your Fulfillment dashboard has a large number of orders on it, it can be challenging to find a specific order. That’s where the handy Search bar comes in! You can use this search to look up orders by:
Customer Name
Customer Phone Number
Customer Driver License Number
Customer Email Address
Product Brand Name
Product Name or Barcode
Order Number
You can also scan the barcode at the bottom of order receipts into the search bar to save time and effort!
You can also reduce the number of Completed orders by updating your configurations. Navigate to Configurations > Config Page > eCommerce > General Requirements and scroll down the the Remove Completed Sales After section. Here, you can enter the number of minutes that pass before the ‘Completed’ column is cleared. This makes your dashboard easier to navigate when you have many completed eCommerce orders.
