Treez takes the security of our customers’ data extremely seriously. It has come to our attention that certain 3rd parties have been provided, by our customers, with unauthorized internal logins to access customer instances. This is an IT and data security risk, and additionally has been known to cause application instability.

Treez is taking active measures to disable these logins to prevent any kind of security breach and ensure the stability of the platform per our Terms of Service, which can be found here: Terms of Service

Customer data is always accessible to share by downloading the desired reports and sending them to the party you wish to share it with.
