We recommend the following actions if you receive a NSF, R08, R01 code on any ACH orders.

Merchant should contact the customer (contact information is available in the swifter portal Phone #, Email)

Navigate in the Swifter portal under Banking > Failed transactions and click on the customer in question:

And then Click on the highlighted name. That will bring up the contact information of the customer.
