Customer & Ticket API
A new email validation check has been added to the Ticket and Customer API at Treez. When creating a customer and providing the email address in the request, Treez will now validate that the email provided is valid and can be used while sending communications from Treez to the customer. This validation check for the customer's email also happens when updating an order’s status in the fulfillment process that triggers an email to be sent from Treez. Upon changing the status of the order, Treez will check the email of the customer that is associated with the order that is being updated to ensure a valid email associated to the order.
The email validation feature of Treez’s APIs will be available February 28, 2022.
