Overview
With Menu-Only Kiosk Mode, your Treez Ecommerce Kiosk will allow in-store shoppers to browse all of your current deals and inventory, without allowing them to build out a cart or checkout.
They will be able to view all product details without adding items to their cart. This is useful when you want to allow in-store shoppers to browse at their leisure without requiring a sales associate's help.
How to Enable Menu-Only Kiosk Mode
In your org's Treez Ecommerce Admin panel, navigate to the Settings page through the gear icon in the lower left corner (URL: [your Admin panel URL]/settings).
Click into Customizations in the left hand Settings menu.
Under Kiosk, toggle the Add to cart in kiosk Off (grey).
Click the Update button in the upper right corner to save your changes.
To publish these changes, first click on the Current Store dropdown in the upper right corner, then Purge Cache. You should then see a success message confirming the cache has been purged, which means your config changes have been published.
Voila! Your Treez Ecommerce Kiosk is now setup for menu-only browsing.
