Step 1: Access Configurations

  • Navigate to Configurations: Start by accessing the "Configurations" section on your Treez dashboard.

  • Go to Notifications: Within the configurations, select "Orders" under the "Notifications" tab. Here you can create new configurations or modify existing ones.

Step 2: Set Up Email Notifications

  • Email Only: Please note that this feature currently supports email notifications only.

  • Order Status Selection: Choose the order status that corresponds to stages in your fulfillment process. For example, select "Awaiting Processing" to trigger notifications for orders in this state.

  • Customize Message Settings:

    • Create multiple messages, if desired. You aren't limited to just payment link notifications.

    • Add supported unit codes easily by selecting them from the provided list. These codes let you include dynamic information such as payment links, order numbers, store hours, and the grand total within the email.

Step 3: Define Order Types and Sources

  • Choose Order Types: Specify the types of orders you want to track: in-store, delivery, pickup, or express.

  • Set Order Sources: Target your e-commerce orders specifically, though other options are available.

Step 4: Target Unpaid Tickets

  • The goal is to target customers with unpaid orders, giving them a chance to prepay via Integrated ACH before visiting the store.

Step 5: Activate Configurations

  • Set to Active: Once you’ve added your configurations, make sure to set them to active.

  • Notification Workflow: When an order reaches your selected stage in the fulfillment dashboard (e.g., verification or awaiting processing), a notification will be sent out.

  • Include Paylink: In your setup, ensure the notification includes a payment link, providing customers the option to complete their payment through the secure prepay authorization process.

Conclusion

By integrating payment links into your Treez email notifications, you will streamline prepayment and enhance the convenience for your customers. Such proactive communication ensures timely payments and smoother transactions. We hope this guide assists you in optimizing your Treez Commerce operations.
