This article outlines the steps customers take to enroll in and redeem Treez (Sticky) Loyalty Rewards through Treez Ecommerce.
Step 1: A customer should sign in or create an account on Treez Ecommerce by selecting the user icon in the upper right corner.
Step 2: A customer can then select the user icon to navigate to their user profile and scroll to the 'Get Rewarded!" section to add their email address and sign up for Loyalty Rewards if they haven't already.
NOTE: Customers are also prompted to join the Rewards Program at Checkout.
Step 4: If the dispensary offers Welcome Rewards, the customer can choose to add rewards to their cart. If not, rewards will become available for redemption once the customer has accumulated enough bonus balance to qualify for discounts.
