Treez Loyalty | How to Sign Up Customers for Loyalty in the POS

When Customer Agreement Form Signature is NOT Required:

  • Step 1: Navigate to Customer > Customer Management in Sell Treez POS.

  • Step 2: Locate the Customer's Profile in Treez and Select Edit.

  • Step 3: Add the Customer's Phone Number and Email Address.

  • Step 4: Toggle on the Integrated Loyalty Member Toggle and select Save.

When Customer Agreement Form Signature is Required:

  • Step 1: Navigate to Customer > Customer Management in Sell Treez POS.

  • Step 2: Locate the Customer's Profile in Treez and Select Edit.

  • Step 3: Select Customer Agreement to trigger the Customer Agreement Form.

  • Step 4: Once completed, the customer now has a Treez Loyalty Profile.

NOTE: If the customer has not yet signed the Customer Agreement form and a user selects the Loyalty SignUp Button, the user will experience this warning prompting them to trigger the signature form.

Sign Up via QR Code

Customers can enroll in Treez Loyalty by scanning a QR code available in the Treez Loyalty Dashboard. Navigate to Loyalty > Treez Cards > QR Code to access and share the code.

For in-store promotion, you can copy your store QR code and incorporate it into custom marketing materials, such as a flyer displayed at the reception desk, making it easy for customers to sign up on the spot.
