Description: For customers who have not already signed up or opted into Alpine IQ loyalty, Treez now supports a native signup/opt-in flow through customer management and membership agreement.
To signup a new AIQ customer through Treez and get their explicit consent to loyalty opt-in, follow the below steps:
Treez Customer Management with Membership Agreement
Navigate to SellTreez > Customer > Customer Management
Upon creating a new profile or editing an existing Treez customer, scroll down to “Alpine IQ Loyalty” toggle on right side of Edit page.
If currently set to "NO" > click "Loyalty Signup"
Prompt will appear: "To join loyalty program, customer needs to sign the membership agreement":
Customer must finish the Membership Agreement workflow to finalize the signup:
IMPORTANT:
The customer will receive a one-time SMS from AIQ to opt-into communications upon consenting:
If the customer unselects "Promotional messages" they will still be opted into loyalty but will not receive SMS.
Customer can opt-in at any point directly through AIQ.
Customer email communication opt-in is controlled directly in clients AIQ portal:
If this is enabled, they will be auto opted into email during Treez/AIQ signup.
Alpine IQ Loyalty Account Sign-up In Store
Treez Users should navigate to their Alpine IQ portal to create a sign up code and customer should scan your Sign Up QR code with their smartphone to setup their Alpine IQ account.
