Use Catalog → Manage to organize your product categories and subcategories, maintain brand information, and update prices in bulk. These tools help keep your catalog consistent and let you manage changes directly across your organization.
Before You Begin
If you do not see Manage in Catalog, contact Treez Support to have it enabled.
Your role must include the Catalog Management → Catalog Manage permission.
Some tools may be in limited release and available only to select organizations. Contact Treez Support to confirm availability for your organization.
Open Catalog Management
Open Catalog.
Select Manage.
Select the tool for the changes you want to make.
Categories
Customize the display names of Treez categories and control which categories are available for new product assignments.
Each Treez category supports one custom display name, which can be reset to the default name. Deactivating a category prevents it from being assigned to new products; existing products retain their assignments. Products cannot be moved between categories.
Subcategories
Create multiple custom subcategories under a Treez global subcategory to organize products using your preferred terminology. The underlying global subcategory continues to determine compliance requirements, purchase limits, taxes, and other product behavior.
You can also manage subcategory availability and reassign products between subcategories within the same category.
Brands
Add brands, correct names, and maintain descriptions, websites, and images. Merge duplicate brands by reassigning their products to the brand you want to keep, or delete brands with no assigned products.
You can also import curated brands by state, including logos and website information.
Bulk Price Update
Update prices for multiple products and stores using a CSV import. Export your current prices, edit the file, and validate your changes before confirming the import.
Review import results and price changes in History. Imports can be undone within 7 days after completion, with later price changes preserved.
Reassignment Jobs
Track the progress of bulk brand and subcategory product reassignments in Catalog → Manage → Reassignment Jobs.
For pricing imports and undo results, use the History tab within Bulk Price Update.
