Please Note: A manager PIN is required to configure Abandon Draft and Saved Sales.
You can configure abandoned draft and saved sales in SellTreez to support multiple workflows. Navigate to Configuration > Config Page > POS and click on Abandon Draft and Saved Sales.
Enter the Manager PIN
Use the toggle button to turn on/off the types of sales you want to enable
Set a time to auto clear a sale if no action has been taken
TIP: The time you set should not be too short or too long. Determine what works best for your business and plan accordingly.
Note: Toggling this on will clear saved sales that have not been updated for the specified amount of time. This will release all Packed & Ready and Reserved inventory so that it’s available for sale again. Sales in Packed & Ready and Out for Delivery status will also be cleared. Cleared sales cannot be recovered.
