SellTreez: Can I set-up my Fulfillment receipts differently from my SellTreez receipts?

Because of the natural difference between transactions completed in SellTreez and Fulfillment, you may find it useful to include different details on either type of receipt. Depending on your local regulations, you may even be required to print certain pieces of information on one or the other, particularly for delivery transactions.

To edit what’s included on your Fulfillment (or SellTreez) receipts, navigate to Configurations > Config Page > Receipts. You’ll see different sections where you can adjust what’s shown each transaction type’s receipts — just make sure you’re updating the relevant section, and your changes will be good to go!

Configurable options for each section of Fulfillment receipt

Receipt Header Options

You can choose to display the following details at the top of your receipts:

  • QR Code

  • Dispensary Address

  • Customer Name

  • Customer Date of Birth

  • Customer Phone Number

  • Customer Medical Card ID

  • Customer ID (e.g., driver’s license)

  • Customer Address

  • Delivery Address (for delivery receipts)

  • Ticket Notes

  • Printed Date

  • Created Date

  • Completed Date

  • Payment Status (shows “Unpaid” if not paid)

  • Order Type (pickup, delivery, etc.)

Receipt Body Options

You can configure product details shown on the receipt body:

  • Product Brand

  • Product SKU

  • Package Label

  • Product Type

  • Weight in ounces and grams

  • Original Price

  • Product Attributes (e.g., strain type, flavor)

  • Total Amount of Flower

Receipt Footer Options

At the bottom of your receipts, you can include:

  • Custom Message (e.g., “Thank you for choosing our Dispensary!”)

  • Return Policy (e.g., “Defective items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.”)

  • Employee First and Last Name

  • Employee Number

  • Change Default 'Budtended by' text

    • Represents the employee that created or completed the order (ie. Sales person).

  • Change Default 'Fulfilled By' field

    • Represents the employee that moved the order to Packed & Ready status

  • Change Default 'Packaged By' text

    • Represents the employee that created or completed the delivery order (ie. Sales Person).

  • Change Default 'Delivered By' text

    • Requires assigning the driver to delivery group in Fulfillment. Ask Treez Support about enabling the Group For Delivery feature.

  • Handwritten Field for Delivery Driver (optional)

  • Customer Signature Fields (for delivery receipts)

  • Register Number

  • Points Earned

  • Tip Amount

  • Fee Amount
