In order to check the total amount of Treez rewards your customers have redeemed, its important to know if you are using Rewards as a Payment or Rewards as a Discount. The type of rewards redemptions you offer will determine which report you will use to get your desired totals. It's important to note that if you have changed your rewards type from Payment to Discount or Discount to Payment in the past, you may need to use a combination of the following reports. Each report will retain the rewards redeemed in their respective type based on what type of rewards redemption you offered during that time period.

Rewards as a Payment
If you have Rewards as a Payment enabled, Rewards totals will be displayed in the Payment Report. Simply navigate to Reports > Sales > Payment and filter for the date range you would like to calculate totals for. Total rewards as a payment redemptions will be listed in the row labeled Rewards.
Rewards as a Discount
If you have Rewards as a Discount enabled, Rewards totals will be displayed in the Discount Report.
Simply navigate to Reports > Sales > Discount and filter for the date range you would like to calculate totals for. Total Rewards as a Discount will be listed in the row labeled Reward Dollars.
