The Distributor's page is where you can view a list of your current distributors. You can update a distributor’s license and other information by following these steps:
Step 1:
Navigate to Inventory > Purchasing, then select Distributors from the tabs shown across the top of the screen.
Step 2:
Click on the specific distributor you would like to update
Scroll down to the Licenses section
Click on Add New
Step 3:
Create License
Enter the Label type Distributor
Enter the license number (it can be the same license number or a new license number)
Enter Expiration Date of new/updated license
Save
IMPORTANT: Make sure the new license has an expiration date that is farther out than the current license to ensure activation of the desired license.
License with the longest expiration range will be active.
