SellTreez: What Do I Do if a Customer is Not Showing in the Customer Queue at the POS?

If a customer is not showing in the 'Customer Queue', they may be found in the 'Dispensary Queue'. Once a customer has been checked in, they'll transition from the 'Customer Queue' to the 'Dispensary Queue' and can be assigned to an order by clicking on their customer tile.

Additionally, you can always search for a customer in the directory by typing their name into the search bar in Sell Treez. To do so, navigate to SellTreez.

Step 1: Select No Customer and log in to SellTreez using your unique PIN.

Step 2: From the sales screen, type the customer’s name into the ‘Search Customer’ bar at the top of the screen and hit Search.

Step 3: Click on the correct member from the drop-down list. Now, this member is properly linked to the current order, and details about this customer can be seen in the upper left-hand corner of the POS screen.

If your customer doesn’t have a profile yet, you can create a profile for them at the POS.

Step 1: From the cart screen, search for the customer name and verify there is no existing profile.

Step 2: Click the +Add New Customer button on the upper right-hand side of the search.

Step 3: Proceed with creating the customer profile.
