How do I search for a customer in the POS?
Answer:
You can always search for a customer in the directory by typing their name into the search bar in Sell Treez. To do so, navigate to SellTreez.
Select No Customer and log in to SellTreez using your unique PIN.
From the sales screen, type the customer’s name into the ‘Search Customer’ bar at the top of the screen and hit Search.
Click on the correct member from the drop-down list. Now, this member is properly linked to the current order, and details about this customer can be seen in the upper left-hand corner of the POS screen.
