SellTreez: Reprinting Receipts

This article is intended to walk through the steps of reprinting a Customer's receipt, after a transaction is finalized.

Shift In progress

Follow these steps if you already have a shift in progress, and need to quickly reprint the Customer's receipt:

Step 1: Navigate to Retail > SellTreez POS.

Step 2: Click on No Customer and log in using your personal PIN.

Step 3: Tap the Current Sale timer and select View Recent Receipts from the drop-down.

Step 4: Enter the receipt number in the search bar and click the green Search button or locate the receipt in the 'Recent Receipts' list.

(or identify the Customer name in the main list of Recent Receipts)

Step 5: After opening the ticket, click Print Receipt or Generate Receipt (if Digital Receipts are enabled). If a refund has been processed on this transaction, you may be presented with the option to select the original receipt or the respective refund receipt.

Reprinting Receipts with a new shift

If you haven't started a Shift for the day, follow these steps below to print the Customer's receipt after a purchase is made.

Step 1: Navigate to SellTreez > Retail > Sell Treez POS:

Step 2: Select a Cash Drawer and Terminal

Step 3: Confirm your Cash Drawer's beginning balance:

Step 4: Select "No Customer" and click on your User tile to enter into the SellTreez POS cart area

Once you're here, follow the steps in the beginning section to reprint the Recently completed Receipt!
